Day 1 - Stretch and Stregthen - Did my Yoga Booty Ballet - Strengthen DVD, It was awesome!! Little bit o' cardio/ 5lb weights, lots of ballet and lots of yoga stretching.
Day 2 - 3 Mile Run - Got to the track and got my 3 miles in plus a shoulder work out with a mix of abs to kick my butt!!! Then left the track and went to the Dance Studio for some Hip Hop, HOLLA!!!
