Day 3 - Week 1

Day 3 - Wednesday,  Nov. 23
Slept in until 6:30! Woo Hoo!!
On my day 3 schedule, I was only supposed to do a 2 mile run/cross train, SO I went to the track and did a 3 mile run and 30 min freeweights biceps/triceps.  Might have to follow the schedule cause my joints are a little achey in spots! Really wanting to push myself but I need to stay on track so that I don't over do it.
LESSON FOR THE DAY:  Stick to the program, you can do it!!
