Day 1 - Week 1

Well, Day 1 on my training schedule is Stretch/Strength so I did 40 Mins Yoga/Pilates, felt real good to get my stretch on, it's definitely a sweet start to the week!  Put my chillies to bed and had the whole quiet house to myself to do my video :)  Can't wait for Day 2!
