Week 1

Day 1 - Also Day 25 completely smoke free!
Stretch and Strength - One hour of Yoga/Pilates

I have this great DVD so I am looking forward to it, it's pretty intese, but I need it.  Been running 2-3 miles consistently for the last 10 days but kicked it up to 4 miles on Sunday! Felt good to get back in the game.
