Started out not very good, LOL
Day 1 - Stretch and Strengthen - Didint do
**I am going to do week 3 and 4 over again, as this will get me thru Christmas, I am so busy with my family and my children, I am having a real hard time fitting in my fitness, WHO KNEW? Lol But, it is Christmas and family and children come first, I will fit in my fitness where I can for the next two weeks, plus I am buying new runners this week. Above all, Christmas and the training cannot stress me out, that isnt what it's about.
Day 2 - Out to the track for my 3.5 Mile run
