Week 3 Half MarathonTraining

Day 1 - Stretch and Strengthen - Yoga Booty Ballet 40 Mins
Day 2 - 3.5 Mile Run and Bis/Tris - Done
Day 3 - 2 Mile Run or Cross - I took a Free Day. :(  Needed it + Band Concert
Day 4 - 3.5 Mile Run - Done  Getting easier!!
Day 5 - Rest
Day 6 - 40 Min Cross - Could not squeeze it in w/hockey, rehearsals and Christmas Party prep
Day 7 - 5 Mile Run (35 laps) Breezed thru 30 laps and had to get the girls to the movies, but I was so proud of my 30 laps, they are gettting easier :)

**My elbow is really bothering me so I have to be careful with what I am doing for the strength part, I need to take a little break from the arm/weights.
